The day‑to‑day work involves steering transformation and optimisation projects that touch the full finance value chain, from Record‑to‑Report and Order‑to‑Cash to Purchase‑to‑Pay. You will design, implement and continuously improve ERP and finance systems, digitise reporting and controlling, and build automation solutions such as robotic process automation. Close collaboration with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT and external partners is essential, as is identifying efficiency gains and guiding teams through change‑management activities to embed new processes. The position requires a university degree in business administration, economics, business information systems or a comparable field, together with several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting or a project‑focused finance role. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of end‑to‑end finance processes and a proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional projects. A solid understanding of ERP platforms, specifically SAP S/4HANA, and modern reporting solutions is mandatory. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills are needed to work independently, structure work effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in both German and English is also required. Nice‑to‑have attributes include a hands‑on mindset, the ability to thrive in a hybrid and flexible work environment, and a willingness to travel abroad for up to 30 days a year.
