Lightspeed, a global provider of restaurant and hotel SaaS solutions, is hiring a Staff Product Designer, Hospitality to join its Berlin headquarters. You will own the full design lifecycle for the hospitality platform, turning strategy into clear user flows, detailed mockups and interactive prototypes while working closely with product managers, engineers and data analysts. Day‑to‑day you will craft high‑fidelity designs, maintain and evolve design systems, run design sprints and embed both quantitative and qualitative research into iterative solutions. You will also mentor junior designers and help steer cross‑functional product direction in a fast‑growing, innovation‑focused environment. The role requires at least seven years of UX/UI experience in hospitality or related B2B SaaS, a strong portfolio, mastery of design systems and fluency with Figma, Sketch and prototyping tools. Mentoring ability and research integration are essential; a passion for shaping next‑generation hospitality tech is a plus.
