Kurz zusammengefasst

The role is Enterprise Sales Leader for the DACH region at n8n, an open‑source workflow‑orchestration platform that enables technical teams to combine code‑level flexibility with no‑code speed. Founded in 2019, n8n now has more than 260 employees across Europe and the US, a community of over 650,000 developers, and a valuation of $5.2 bn. The leader will be responsible for turning DACH into the company's most predictable enterprise sales market by building and coaching a high‑performing team of Enterprise Account Executives. Day‑to‑day the leader will coach AEs through structured one‑on‑ones, field observations and deal reviews, while establishing a rigorous forecasting and pipeline‑management cadence. They will create repeatable playbooks based on MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, run deal inspections, and set up regular QBRs to improve win rates and cycle time. The role also involves setting territory strategy, balancing new‑logo hunting with expansion, while orchestrating executive engagement across economic buyers, champions and technical evaluators. Cross‑functional collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps and Product will be required to refine messaging and remove friction in the sales process. The must‑have requirements are strictly defined. Candidates need at least five years of frontline enterprise sales management experience, deep practical mastery of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, and a proven record of disciplined forecasting that makes revenue predictable. They must be fluent in strategic deal management, possess strong executive presence, and have a track record of coaching talent development. Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder, technically complex sales cycles, and the ability to work on‑site in Germany are also required, as is credibility with technical buyers. Nice‑to‑have attributes include familiarity with open‑source or product‑led growth models, a background in developer‑focused SaaS (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data or infrastructure), a scrappy startup mindset, and a strong instinct for operational excellence in forecasting and pipeline hygiene. The position is based in Germany, reports in English, and offers visa sponsorship for candidates without existing work rights in the country.
