The CS Business Controller will join the Customer Service Finance team for the EMEA region, reporting to the EMEA CS Finance Manager, and act as the primary finance partner for market leaders within the Customer Service Business Unit. In this position you will manage the business planning and forecasting cycle, guarantee that all financial activities follow internal policies and external regulations, and produce analyses and reports for business managers. You will also develop and maintain tools and processes that provide clear, reliable financial data, and coordinate with other controllers and the Shared Service Center to resolve issues and suggest improvements. The role requires at least five years of controlling experience in a multinational environment, strong written and spoken communication in both German and English, and a willingness to travel up to five percent of the time.
