Kurz zusammengefasst
The Fork is Europe's leading restaurant booking platform, connecting diners with their favourite eateries across eleven countries. As part of the TripAdvisor Group, the company blends technology and a passion for food to shape memorable dining experiences while fostering a people‑first culture built on respect, ownership, growth and collaboration. The Marketing Specialist, Restaurant Offer Analyst role sits at the intersection of data, commercial strategy and local market activation, helping the business optimise restaurant content, drive performance and support growth in the DACH region. On a daily basis you will analyse business performance, turning complex data sets into clear reports, dashboards and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and senior leadership. You will support strategic planning and forecasting by providing data‑driven recommendations, collaborate with cross‑functional and B2B teams to align analytics with business goals, and define territory plans that prioritize market potential for sales teams across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role also involves optimising restaurant content and merchandising on the platform, leading special projects and ad‑hoc commercial or marketing initiatives, and coordinating local marketing activities such as influencer campaign tracking, partner events and community activations. The ideal candidate brings 2‑4+ years of experience in marketplace operations, commercial analytics, marketing operations or a comparable hybrid role, and demonstrates strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of handling complex datasets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential, as is a solid grasp of business analytics principles, key performance indicators and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience with project management, handling timelines, milestones and stakeholder coordination, is required, together with fluency in written and spoken German and English. A deep local understanding of at least one DACH market, comfort using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, and a detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset round out the core profile. Additional assets that would strengthen your application include French language skills, familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Notion and Looker Studio, and basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages. Experience in financial modelling or forecasting, prior work in the restaurant industry, and an understanding of data‑warehousing concepts are also valued. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working arrangements (two days remote per week plus up to four weeks of additional flexibility during summer and December), a competitive salary with bonus, and a suite of benefits ranging from lunch vouchers and lifestyle reimbursements to parental leave, disability insurance and pension plans. You will join an inclusive, multicultural team spread across ten European offices, with opportunities for continuous learning, team‑building events and a supportive environment that celebrates diverse perspectives.
