Kurz zusammengefasst

Isar Aerospace is a fast‑growing European space company that designs and builds launch vehicles for small and medium satellites. The firm's mission is to make space more accessible, sustainable and affordable, supporting a new era of space‑based services. As a six‑month Talent Acquisition Intern you will join the talent attraction team and contribute directly to hiring the people who make these rockets and missions possible. In this internship you will be involved in every stage of the recruitment process. Your daily tasks include actively searching for candidates across multiple channels, reviewing applications, and keeping interview schedules on track for both candidates and hiring managers. You will also take part in conducting initial interviews, publishing job postings on the company's career page and external job boards, and maintaining the Greenhouse applicant‑tracking system. Additionally, you will work on talent‑attraction projects such as establishing key performance indicators, support recruitment events that showcase the company to prospective talent, and identify areas for improvement in the hiring workflow. The role requires you to be currently enrolled at a university, preferably in business, psychology, human resources or a related discipline. You must demonstrate strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail, as well as comfort working with data to produce reports and track KPIs. The internship calls for a proactive, reliable attitude and a willingness to learn quickly in a high‑pace environment. You need to be able to work on‑site at least two days per week and be fluent in English. While not mandatory, the company values additional language and technical skills. German language proficiency is considered a bonus, as is familiarity with Greenhouse or any other applicant‑tracking system. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools is also advantageous. The position is based at Isar Aerospace's headquarters, offering a range of perks such as subsidised lunches, a flexible mobility budget (including a fully financed Deutschlandticket or fuel allowance), sponsored sport‑club memberships, free snacks and drinks, and access to mental‑well‑being support through OpenUp. These benefits aim to support both physical and mental health while you gain practical recruiting experience. What the role asks for: - Currently enrolled university student in business, psychology, HR or related field - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working with data for reporting and KPI tracking - Proactive, reliable and eager to learn in fast‑paced environment - Ability to work onsite at least two days per week - Fluent in English - German language skills (nice‑to‑have) - Familiarity with Greenhouse or another ATS (nice‑to‑have) - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools (nice‑to‑have)
