ING Germany offers an opportunity to "Meet a Trainee," giving prospective candidates a chance to speak directly with current trainees from the International Talent Programme (ITP) or the Junior Expert Program (JEP). This informal session, held either in person or virtually, lets you hear first‑hand about the programmes' content, application steps, daily tasks and challenges. During the 1‑on‑1 meeting you can ask questions about personal experiences, the recruitment process and what a typical day looks like for a trainee in your field of interest. The aim is to help you decide whether the ITP or JEP aligns with your career goals before you submit a formal application. To be considered you must be a student in the final year of your studies and submit an online application that includes a current CV and a motivation letter. In the letter you should specify which programme (ITP or JEP) and track you are targeting, as well as your preferred start date. Only candidates who meet the entry criteria for the trainee programmes will be offered a meeting, as space is limited.
