Based in Munich, the role of Director, Business Transformation and Value Consulting (DACH), CPG/Retail carries full operational and leadership responsibility for the CPG and retail segment across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will head a high‑performing team of six to seven Value Engineers, guiding them through process transformation, executive consulting and AI‑driven product delivery. As a player‑coach you will also act as the Celonis Executive Sponsor on key deals, leading workshops, value sprints and strategic transformation sessions with C‑level customers. The day‑to‑day duties include owning annual recurring revenue targets, renewal forecasts and net‑retention for the DACH CPG/Retail portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting and delivering measurable value. You will recruit, onboard and mentor the Munich‑based Value Engineers, maintaining performance standards and career development plans. In addition, you will partner with customer executives to position Celonis as the foundation for modern process intelligence and Agentic AI, while coordinating with regional partners, services teams and account executives to align strategies. Finally, you will standardise best practices, reusable solution blueprints and industry‑specific frameworks for internal and external communities. The role requires native‑level German proficiency to lead workshops, deliver executive presentations and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
