Mobile Mapping Operator

Kurz zusammengefasst

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field‑data collection firm that captures detailed visual and audio information where automation cannot reach. As a Mobile Mapping Operator you will drive equipped vehicles with 360‑degree cameras through designated routes across European cities, gathering street‑level images, video, and other sensor data to feed a major online mapping service. Your daily tasks include following specific routes through commercial districts and historic sites, operating the on‑board imaging system, ensuring the equipment records correctly, and revisiting locations when weather hampers image quality. You will log progress, maintain the vehicle and hardware, and adhere to a Monday‑to‑Friday, 40‑hour workweek, with the option to put in extra hours if needed. The role requires a valid driver's licence, strong familiarity with local traffic patterns and geography, and a reputation for reliability and responsibility. Experience driving professionally in urban environments and the ability to work independently are essential. Preference is given to candidates who enjoy driving, can handle variable weather conditions, and are comfortable working on a project lasting at least three months across multiple city zones. What the role asks for: - Valid driver's licence - Knowledge of local traffic trends and area - Proven reliability and responsibility - Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday - Willingness to work extra hours if needed (nice‑to‑have)
