The Workstream Lead, Lead to Cash (L2C) role sits within a global Transform360 Wave 4 programme, where the company is modernising its end‑to‑end sales and service operations. Reporting to the programme's senior management, the lead will own the design, rollout and stabilisation of the L2C workstream across all regions, ensuring that business needs match the global process template and that implementation partners stay aligned. Day‑to‑day duties include steering the L2C stream from initial design through hyper‑care, making key decisions on process and solution architecture, and coordinating cross‑functional dependencies with other workstreams. The role also manages risk, issues and escalations specific to L2C, oversees functional, system and user‑acceptance testing, and guarantees that the organisation is ready for go‑live. The employer requires deep expertise in Lead‑to‑Cash processes and related functions, demonstrable leadership of multi‑country transformation initiatives, and the ability to turn business requirements into practical process and system designs. Strong stakeholder‑management and communication capabilities are essential, as is prior work with system integrators and global delivery models. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
