Backed by more than $16 million from top venture capital firms and prominent angels, the firm is scaling its platform and looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to help shape new business ventures and expand into emerging markets. In this role you will be responsible for spotting and validating fresh market opportunities, then turning those ideas into sustainable verticals. You will design automated systems and operational frameworks that allow rapid scaling across multiple distribution channels, lead cross‑functional projects that integrate new lines with existing operations, and run strategic experiments on market entry, partnership models and go‑to‑market approaches. Building and managing partnerships with industry leaders, as well as creating detailed market entry strategies and operational blueprints, will also be key parts of your daily work. The ideal candidate is a business development professional with a strong analytical background. You should hold a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field from a top‑tier university and have at least three years of direct venture development or business‑building experience in high‑growth startups, Tier 1 consultancies or leading investment firms. Expert‑level proficiency in business model innovation, operational system design and strategic financial modelling is required, along with a proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution. We value a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment and can translate market insights into successful outcomes. While not mandatory, a genuine passion for music, video or social media is considered a plus.
