Candidates must also have a proven track record creating reports, dashboards and executive‑level communication products, and be able to gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions. A TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory. Education requirements can be met either by a high school diploma or GED plus seven years of relevant experience, or by a bachelor's degree plus three years of relevant experience in knowledge‑management, information‑management, business operations or digital transformation. Preferred, but not required, skills include experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate or other low‑code/no‑code applications, and familiarity with Project Management Information Systems. Background in supporting Agile teams, knowledge of DoD Joint Staff or Combatant Command processes, and understanding of DoD facilities, construction and infrastructure requirements are also valued. Strong presentation, stakeholder‑engagement and communication abilities are highlighted, as is a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or Data Analytics. Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Microsoft Power Platform, or Certified Knowledge Manager are considered advantageous.
