Typeform, the remote‑first company behind a popular form‑building platform used by more than 150,000 businesses, is seeking an AI Product Operations Lead. The role sits within the Product Operations team, which underpins the way Product and broader R & D groups work, and will focus on turning the growing interest in AI across the organisation into systematic, high‑impact solutions. In day‑to‑day work the lead will manage a backlog of AI‑related opportunities, helping R & D teams spot, rank and schedule the problems where AI can add the most value. They will take vague, early‑stage challenges through a full delivery cycle, understanding user workflows, weighing options, designing the appropriate solution (whether a simple prompt, an integration, an agent or a custom app), building or coordinating its implementation, and then measuring and iterating after launch. Ownership also extends to the entire lifecycle of AI assets such as automations, skills, agents and internal web applications, including testing, observability, security and maintenance. The position requires a blend of systems thinking, AI fluency and operational ownership. Candidates must be comfortable working with enterprise AI tools like Glean and Claude, and be able to partner with IT and InfoSec on access, configuration and scaling concerns. They will also help shape R & D AI governance, provide visibility into usage, spend and outcomes, and collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders to inform investment decisions. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development of autonomous agents that can enhance planning, design and delivery processes across the product lifecycle. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal or the Netherlands. Reporting to the VP of Product Operations, the lead will work closely with product, engineering, design, research, data science, IT, InfoSec and other AI practitioners throughout Typeform.
