Build Your Own Role – m/f/d

Kurz zusammengefasst

Langdock is an AI‑focused platform that unifies leading large‑language models into a secure, model‑agnostic environment for organisations of all sizes. Over 10,000 companies rely on the service to draft strategies, analyse documents and automate workflows, helping employees work smarter and think more creatively. The company is looking for self‑directed builders who can demonstrate real‑world AI projects, rather than following a traditional open‑application route. The day‑to‑day expectation is to showcase a personal AI project through a short Loom video. The submission must explain the problem tackled, why it matters, a live demo of the solution, the technical stack (models, tools, architecture), any failures encountered and lessons learned, and a vision for how the work could evolve at Langdock. If the demo impresses the team, a bespoke role will be crafted, potentially in product, engineering, go‑to‑market, customer success, operations or an entirely new function. Candidates must be able to work full‑time and be present on‑site at Langdock's Berlin office on Greifswalder Straße 212. A valid German work permit is required. Communication must be clear and professional in English; German language skills are considered a plus. The employer also expects applicants to have a track record of shipping functional AI solutions, to think in terms of impact for real users, and to demonstrate high agency and ownership without needing direction. Nice‑to‑have attributes include a genuine passion for AI experimentation, the habit of trying new models and tools as soon as they appear, and a collaborative, caring attitude toward teammates. The Berlin location offers a fully in‑person environment with catered meals, gym membership, coaching resources and a culture that values calm urgency, ambitious execution and caring ownership. Salary levels are transparent and defined together once the role is shaped. What the role asks for: - Full‑time availability - 100 % on‑site work in Berlin - Valid German work permit - Professional English communication - German language proficiency (nice‑to‑have)
