A track record of supporting commercial outcomes through renewals, expansion, or consultative sales is required. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, along with the ability to establish trust across different levels of a customer organization, are essential. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, risks, and escalations is also necessary. Candidates must have sufficient technical curiosity and learning ability to engage credibly with enterprise architects, security teams, IT operations, and product specialists. Native-level fluency in German and advanced written and verbal communication skills in English are required. The role requires willingness and ability to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as occasional collaboration and meetings aligned with U.S. business hours.
